Wonderful scent and very thorough cleaning! The tech who cleaned our carpet and stairs was friendly and efficient, giving me tips for cleaning the carpets and mentioning other services zerorez provides. We also have two cats and of course they were walking on the carpet when it wasn't yet dry. The cleaning products didn't irritate their feet or harm them in any way.

Technician was professional, efficient, and personable and explained various aspects of the process to me. Told me that some dog stains would not come up but tried to get them. With or without stains, I know my carpet is CLEAN!!
