The service technicians went out of their way to figure out the best way to help me! They didn't seem rushed and were willing to help with anything I needed. They were outstanding. They also tried to help me understand how pet urine effects carpet fibers and how to better maintain the accidents in the future. DJ even knew a lot about carpet warranties. They were outstanding! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Carpets feel much cleaner...no soapy residue!

The gentleman who cleaned our carpets did a fantastic job! I couldn't believe he was able to bring our carpet back to practically new condition. The previous owner had the carpets cleaned before we moved in, but whoever had done the job had left a line of dirt around the edge of the carpet in all of the rooms Zero Res was able to get all evidence of that dirty line out of the carpets. I will definitely use your company in the future and tell all my friends what a great job your company does.
