Scheduling was quick and the work was done the next day. DJ found spots unknown to me from the previous tenant's pet, so the service was more expensive than I had planned on, but it was good to see the problem identified and addressed. DJ was the technician and did a great job. I was satisfied that the carpet was cleaned and the pet spots were neutralized. Will use Zerorez and DJ again.
