Our technician was Alex. He walked me through your process so I knew what to expect. We had a sectional couch that we knew was very dirty and we had hopes it could be cleaned. Alex tried cleaning the lounge part of the couch and it wouldn’t come clean. We decided it wasn’t worth the time and effort to finish cleaning. Alex didn’t charge for the section that wasn’t cleaned and discounted the part that he tried very hard to clean. This was excellent customer service and was greatly appreciated. Alex was on time and he was very informative and he was very helpful. I will use your services again in the future when the need arises!!
