Brian called when he was 20 minutes away to let us know he was on his way.
He provided good details of the cleaning process and what they could and could not do. He also answered all of my additional questions. The only thing that surprised me was the fact that he did not have over shoe covers, for when he went out to his truck and came back to work carpet. However there was no debris evident when he did this so no harm done. I was also surprised that the process did not include the use of a pilelator(carpet rake) to make the carpet fiber stand up.
Overall a good job.

The Zerorez system seems to work very nicely. Our carpets looked and smelled so good after being cleaned. Brian was the service person. He was on time, courteous, explained what he was going to do and did a great job!
Technicians are attentive and polite. Carpets look great. Only complaint is that the stairs stayed wet for 2 days with fans blowing on them, as if not enough water was extracted.

ADAM MEINHARDT did an outstanding job cleaning my carpets. He is very passionate about providing quality service to his customers. Adam has always been very polite and respectful in making sure hoses, and equipment don’t rub up against furniture or walls during the cleaning process.
I was very pleased from the time I made my appt till the time Stacy finished the job. He was very professional and answered all my questions, even during my service. I’m highly allergic to fragrance and he reassured me that he was using the fragrant free products. He was correct!!
My carpets looked amazing after he finished. I highly recommend Zerorez and I plan on using them again in the future.
