The most impressive thing was how fast the job was completed. This was the first time getting our carpets cleaned and didn’t know what to expect as far as time to complete, but it was just about an hour from start to finish. Our tech was very nice and did a pre walk through with me to explain the entire process and pointed out some trouble spots and we discussed adding the prespot treatment to help ensure everything came out clean. When we get our carpets cleaned next time we definitely hope we get the same technician. His courtesy, care, and attention to detail will keep us coming back!

Good work; but was told that carpet needed to be clean for pet urine. I never had any pets. This added additional price was not discounted as original price. I believe I should have received a discount since my original cost was……..

The product had a nice smell that was used and the young man that came out was professional and nicely spoken about what he was going to do! I forgot what his name was and that Zerorez should give their carpet Associates business cards that says who's coming out to service the customer carpet cleaning.
I was impressed with the cleaning of my vents at my house. Jordan was wonderful and offered to put a scent through the intake area to remove the smell of dust from the house. I will be recommending your company to all my friends.
