As a Real Estate Broker and a homeowner, I have had experience with a number of carpet cleaning companies over the years. I like Zerorez because the company's cleaning process is very good and thorough, and they do not use harsh chemical solutions to clean carpets and upholstery. The two-step process is very effective for treating and removing dirt and stains, and there is no chemical odor.

Zerorez was able to schedule my appointment within a few days of my call, and the costs of service were specified and confirmed (cleaning of staircase, carpets and upholstery (couch), plus carpet/fabric protector treatment). The only thing which was a bit of a surprise was the additional fuel and solution disposal charges, but they were disclosed at the time of appointment scheduling and it is my understanding that many companies are now charging these types of costs.

I was very pleased with the service recently provided by Aaron. He was very professional, courteous, and polite. He is an excellent representative of the company. Aaron worked very hard to ensure my carpet, staircase, and upholstery were fully and properly cleaned, and the results were amazing - especially since I have off-white carpets. I highly recommend Zerorez!

Luis was great. Took time to explain things to me when I have questions and had a pleasant attitude. There were no awful chemical smells like other companies produce, but rather a nice orange smell.

I was mislead from the call center versus the email I received...Thankfully I had a very good employee who worked me through it - I was ready to send him packing when he told me the price - when advertised for $119 and ended up being $200 - I was not happy. Alex, the employee explained things mulch better - but the call center was misleading.

Very professional and polite young man. He did not rush doing the cleaning made sure it was done properly.

Had one of the.most impressive staffers yet...Jordan yesterday. Knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and did a good job...which is why I like ur service. All my bi-annual rug shampoos have resulted in much younger looking carpets than they actually are which speaks well for the products.

The carpet cleaning leaves the carpet looking great and soft to the touch. No hard soapy residue left behind.
