It’s easy to book an appointment online. The rates are reasonable and the technicians are on time and do a great job! This is our third or fourth time using Zerorez.

The online form was easy to fill out for carpet cleaning at my apartment. The estimate was accurate to my end price. I was able to schedule a time period of 3pm-7pm on a Monday when I was free. The cleaning technician arrived early in the scheduled time period.

Taylor B. answered all of my carpet cleaning questions and then clearly listed prices for each additional service. Taylor was informative, very respectful, and overall, a nice guy to talk to. He gave an estimate of how long the cleaning session would take and was accurate. I enjoyed my cleaning experience and will definitely schedule another appointment to finish the rest of my apartment.

The cost was "not low" - just under $1,000 for a 3,200 square foot house with a pet. For cost reasons I would recommend other users get multiple bids before going forward.

Technician was extremely efficient, polite and thorough. Quietly went about his work and explained everything he was doing. Carpet is clean and fresh. Would say that Zerorez does a great job of vetting their technicians. Our technician’s name was Balin. I had so liked the man we had before him and so was a bit apprehensive about having someone new cleaning our carpets. But Balin was just as professional. Job well done Zerorez! Let me just say that I had a horrible experience with Stanley Steamer and for some time was unwilling to try a new company. Don’t be afraid of this one.
