Both times we have had Zerorez come clean our carpets, the technicians have been friendly and professional. Our carpets have not felt rough or smelled of chemicals following the treatments.

Carpet was sanitized without soap and left without an odor or residue. Also, the dark stains at the edges next to the walls were removed better than other methods we have tried in years past.

It has no chemicals, since I do have pets.😀

This latest cleaning was the best yet. Tyron out did himself,..went above and beyond,..working on some bad stains,..
(which he got out!). He worked hard and asked me to double check everything saying he would do more if there were
still some areas that needed more attention. He was friendly and professional and clearly is an expert technician. My carpets looked
terrible when he arrived,..and I actually thought they might be too old and dirty for him to really get clean. That was
almost 2 days ago. They look absolutely new and gorgeous!! I can't say enough good things about Tyron and Zerorez!!

Tell Tyrone that the ice cubes did not work for us...probably older carpet and pad made it harder for indentations to fluff up even with the ice trick.
