I had heard about the Zerorez process but it wasn’t until I tried it that I realized what a superior way it is to refresh and restore my carpets, rugs, and furniture. The office staff was wonderful getting me set up and the technician was fantastic. I will never go anywhere else, period. My cats are rolling all over the place today, getting their scent back on the carpets but also enjoying how soft they are!

Low chemicals, quick drying carpets, professional careful technicians...everytime! I have had my carpet cleaned so many times by Zerorez and the techs are always respectful and professional. I like the easy booking and quick response to questions. AND I like the results... great looking carpets.

My experience with Zerorez was excellent. They were able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment and completely removed a disastrous red wine stain on beige carpet. The technician was kind, very skilled and professional. Overall they were a 10/10 and I highly recommend them.

Call center was professional. Worked with us to coordinate our tile and single room carpet cleaning. Scheduling was available for next day service. He was fast, got most of the stains out. He was right on time. Left small marks on my hardwood floor but I cleaned them off. Must of been the footings of the machine. Other than that he was great!

Efficient, reasonably priced, friendly technicians
