I appreciated the way your technician Nick, came up to me, introduced himself, stated who
he was with and was ready to get started.
After seeing the scope of work, Nick gave me an approximate time it would take him, said he
was fully equipped to do the work and got to getting done.
When he was finished, he gave me a quick low down on what he saw, and a stain he was
not able to remove, even after giving it some effort.
Overall, honest, good manners, provided information, showed confidence, and got to it.
