My carpets looked amazing! The rooms smelled fresh and the carpets dried quickly without being crunchy or stiff. We had some stains (probably from pets) and they are gone! Pricing was very affordable. Our Zerorez rep. was professional and truly knew the products and was not trying to sell me more services so I didn't feel any pressure. Overall, I like Zerorez.....I'm definitely using them again!

I like the idea of the ionized water. I really injoy ed the cleaner process in carpet cleaning. I was surprised by the little amount of time it took to do my carpet. I could physically see the difference quickly. I was wondering how much cleaner it still could have even gotten with a little more time spent on it.
