they arrived on time. the staff was knowledgeable & courteous. the work was quickly. the carpets look great. there were reoccurring stains as the carpet dried. the carpet was dry in four hours, without residual odor a slick residue on the carpet. Zerorez will be cleaning my carpets from now on.

We were very pleased with the work Chris did for us. We had carpet and upholstery cleaned and a protection added to the upholstery. It all looks great and completely dried in 6 hours. He was careful with his equipment to not damage walls or doors too. I Heard about them on the radio for years. So glad we had them come out to clean.
