The receptionist has wonderful telephone skills. She explains the process for picking up the rugs, telling you about the charge, and notifying you regarding return. She answers any questions you may have and sends you an e-mail with the information. The men who pick up and deliver the rugs are friendly and always helpful moving the furniture and putting it back in it's place.

Had the best carpet cleaning ever this last cleaning
To be honest, we were quite shocked at the difference in texture and color of our commercial carpets after they were cleaned. They went from scratchy almost crunchy feeling to soft and bright! We clearly had a build up of residue that changed the texture. Usually after our carpets are cleaned, the space smells pretty bad for a 24 hour+ while they completely dried out. It takes using fans and opening all the doors and windows to clear the smell. With Zerorez the space smelled fresh, just fresh and clean not perfumed and the carpets dried in half the time. The carpets seem like completely different carpets now and frankly we feel foolish that we didn't appreciate how different cleaning methods impact your carpets. Besides the great carpet cleaning job, Zerorez had great communication, their carpet tech was professional and conscientious, and their prices beat the competition.
