Nate, my contact for floor refinishing and carpet installation, is terrific! The wood floors look great and the new carpet is wonderful. Only issue was some amount of slight damage caused by each group of workers (hole in a bathroom wall by the floor refinishers/plumber and lots of wall marks/scrapes by the carpet installers while moving furniture - which was a big bummer since I'd just had the walls painted.) Overall, I'm happy with my experience and would recommend Zerorez to others.

Ryan was very knowledgeable about the process, explained what he'd be doing and how to use the spot cleaner we purchased. He did a fantastic job and was very neat and tidy while doing what I imagine is a relatively dirty job.
