Mark was courteous, friendly, and professional. He did a great job making my carpets fresh & clean. I love the way I don't even see the dirty water after making my carpets clean. I got good instructions on how to treat the carpets until they were dry. ZeroRez is a great product.

The carpets look brighter than before Zerorez appeared at my house. Carpets were a little damp (less than I thought they would be) and drying was complete very quickly!

My husband loves the feel and smell of our clean carpets!

The 2 gentlemen that cleaned our carpets were extremely friendly and respectful. They did a wonderful job explaining the cleaning process and offering suggestions to help us keep our carpets clean in the future.

I would definitely hire Zerorez back in the future.

I love that they come when they are scheduled to come, call before and in my case came earlier which worked out great. Very professional and nice and did a great job! Even added an area rug to my service which they accommodated just fine. I would highly recommend Zerorez!

Great and dependable service, knowledge of Tyler Theis, regarding the service we were receiving. Tyler, has a wonderful personality and a gift of sales. Informed us of a Carpet application to help us maintain our carpets better. We took his advice. Carpets were done well and clean.
