Tech did a great job.

Initially scheduled Zerorez to clean carpets & stairs in my home. Then, started hearing more about air duct cleaning too (from KTIS radio ad), so checked on that. Their scheduling team helped me change my carpets appt to come after the air duct cleaning...both appts done in the same day! Both Zerorez teams that came out were very nice, informative and did a GREAT job on the duct work (video was amazing!) and carpets. Felt NO pressure for upselling; very professional and the services they provided were excellent. Have already recommended Zerorez to several family members.

Josiah was worked very hard at getting out some stains from skylights that leaked. The carpet looked brand new when finished. I would highly recommend Zerorez and If available, ask for Josiah.

Zerorez recently cleaned a residential property of ours and did a wonderful job. The carpet had not been cleaned in several years and had bad traffic areas.
