I previously had a good experience with Zerorez which is a big reason I called them again. The tech, Chris, was thorough and very personable. I haven’t noticed much residue on the carpet. All appears to be good!

Plenty of communication before and after we had our jobs completed. Came right back after we discovered something was not right. Immediate responses to emails and we could actually talk directly to the person who serviced our home!
