I'll cite the time we had a serious skunk incident with our dogs, who ran away bravely from the skunk, back inside the house through the doggie doors, and then started rubbing their faces all over the carpeting and furniture to try to remove the skunk oil.

Mind you, it was early March, in Minnesota, with the temperatures at night well below freezing. This happened at 11PM...

I called Zerorez when they opened in the next morning, and they managed to get a service technician to me that very day, and he worked miracles in helping to remove the skunk oil and smell from our walk-out basement.

We've been committed customers ever since, and Zerorez has never failed to perform to expectations.

Your staff was exceptional! The gentleman that cleaned our couch and transported our area rug was super friendly and helpful. The gentleman who delivered our area rug and pad, braved a huge thunderstorm to deliver when expected and was also super friendly and helpful. And customer service to set up the appointment and to confirm were also very friendly on the phone. The area rug turned out really great and I love the new rug pad.
