The employee had a professional and polite when he was working and when he spoke to my husband and I. They asked me if I was satisfied and they explained everything to me so that I understood. They also wore booties over their shoes to protect our flooring. We had Zerorez come out because our carpets were badly soiled and now the carpet looks amazing!
