Good job. Nice technician.
We just had all of our carpets cleaned yesterday and to say that we were satisfied does not do it justice. He did a marvelous job and we are very pleased.
Darrell, the service guy was very nice over the phone. He was running ahead of schedule and contacted me at work and asked if he could come over earlier. I actually never met him in person, but when I came home from work, everything looked so nice. He even put the end tables, coffee table, sofa table and cedar chest all back on the floor on top of plastic under the legs. He also cleaned the entry way, which I didn’t ask to do, but he went above and beyond. He did and excellent job and should be commended for this. I also left a $20 tip on the invoice and hopefully he will receive this.

Reputable company and employees. Good customer service; they confirmed our appointment in advance (and day before appointment). Our technician did a great job and told us about what parts of our ductwork needed to be cleaned regularly. Our technician wore a mask (and shoe covers) throughout the process.

My ONLY negative comment is that our technician did not wear a mask in our home, even though my husband and I both had masks on to greet him.
I wouldn't have minded if he had taken a mask off while working, but in these times it should be safety first to assume that masks should be worn until the homeowner advises otherwise.
He did a GREAT job, only took about an hour and fifteen minutes, and our tech was pleasant. Just a little worrisome that a company that is there for cleaning doesn't have a strong clean and safe protocol for it's employees entering homes.
