Blaise Benford he was very professional and very polite. Answer all my questions. He was in and out in 25 mins. Called before he came. I would call Zerorez again. I would have Blaise do my front room when I am ready. The price was good. No hidden cost.

Connor and Brett did my carpets, those two know exactly what they are doing. they showed up and did an insane job. They were super easy to approach and talk to, they told me exactly where the remaining furniture needed to be for them to be as efficient as possible and explained the step by step process. Even if you guys doubled your prices I would still agree to go with you guys if you gave me a choice of who was coming to do the work. I would 100% pick those guys again. No joke top notch employees... don't ever lose those two
My vents turned out great. EVERYTHING turned out great! Jack and Dillon did an amazing job and are very knowledgeable about theor work. I got to take some videos of the debris that came out and now our indoor allergies are gone! Thanks guys for your hard work!
The professionalism is superb, could not think of one negative comment… they arrived when scheduled, and where so respectful and well trained to make sure I was going to be pleased with the work . They where again very polite and cared about making me happy…. Great experience again, I have used them before and my carpet looks like it is new…. I liked that the response was fast, easy to schedule, prompt, the technician knowledgeable, offered extra services but wasn’t pushy. My carpet is 9 years old. It looks as close to brand new as 9 year old carpet can get.
