I used Zerorez for duct cleaning on my new home before i moved in. The guys were very professional, arrived right at the start of the time window, and were done within an hour. They also let me know the ducts were pretty dirty, likely they hadn't been cleaned before since construction, and recommended a disinfection based on the level of debris in the ducts. Normally, I would be cautious of upselling on something like this, however he spoke very professionally, communicated that this was totally optional and was not pushy, and even offered to show me photos from the ducts if I wanted to make the decision based on that. I felt very comfortable with the interaction, and ended up going with the disinfection based on experience indicating the previous owner was not very clean and in general just preferring my new home to be as clean as possible. The price was great, as I did a lot of research on various costs prior to choosing Zerorez. Overall, it was a great experience and Zerorez has been very reliable for me and my family for our duct cleaning services.
