UPDATED REVIEW: Daryl came out to check some carpet spots that didn't get cleaned originally (with a different tech). Daryl was thorough, honest, friendly and got the spots out! I'm so happy that Zerorez called to make it right after I left my original review. They contacted me and wanted to come back out and try to get the trouble spots out. I'm back to being a happy customer and I'll be requesting Daryl the next time we need our carpets cleaned!
