How great of a job that you do-I was shocked how clean the carpet cleaned up! I also like that it is an all natural solution too! Smells so fresh!
I like the fact that it is Green. No chemicals. The technicians I had were great! They explained everything very well, were very clear about what they found and how they were treating and were thourough with there explanations for what I needed to do going forward. They were also very friendly and personable. PLUS, and not to be over looked, the carpets look great!

The main thing we liked was Joe, our service provider. I assume all of your people are equally talented, but Joe did an outstanding job of explaining, offering suggestions and implementing the work. The carpets looked amazing after he was done, too! We will definitely be returning customers. Our carpets were very overdue for cleaning, but our past (less than satisfactory) experiences with other companies made us hesitate to get them cleaned. WCCO's endorsements led us to try your company, and we could not be more satisfied.
