It took one more light cleaning to remove the red wine stains from our light colored carpet, and now it looks great!! The process was very efficient, the cleaning itself didn't take long at all. The technician arrived on time and was very friendly. The carpets dried quickly and looked good. There was just one stain that would not come out. I thought it seemed a bit pricey, especially when there was not a piece of furniture in the entire house and the process took less than 45 min.
It looks like it was the best cleaning I ever had and Josiah was very friendly and professional. I was was surprised however, that the carpet was wet. We thought that was one of differences that it wouldn't be so wet. Otherwise, very satisfied.
