We were really happy with how clean every thing turned out. We had some major spots and The technician was able to get them out. Also cleaned our white couch and chairs and were really pleased with the results.
On time,no residue,( crunchy carpet ) and up front on costs before even starting,AAron explained what he could get clean and what he may not get brand new looking.He did a good job. Good Service for a change.Not cheap.....but you get what you pay for.

The tech (Steve R.) did a fantastic job on my carpet and I can't believe how clean he got the grout and tile in my bathroom and foyer. I told all my coworkers about the fantastic job Zerorez did and I will definitely use them again.
Lack of harsh chemicals

very quick, carpet wasn't damp for very long - in fact felt pretty dry after only a few hours, and was the best job we've ever had done on our carpets. One room hadn't been cleaned in 3 yrs, and all the spills and dirt were not only gone, but it looked like new carpeting again! We are very pleased!
No soaps or detergents are used so the spots don't come back. Service guy, John was super!

Not so much water used
Very friendly and knowledgable staff. Efficent as well. Liked that the tech wore boot covers in the house too.
A lot of extra effort on the part of the agents went into making the heavy traffic area as clean as it could be and that extra "elbow grease" was really appreciated.

From start to finish, the whole process was seamless. From the time I made the initial call to schedule an appointment, until Dennis showed up at the front door. After assessing the job, he answered my questions without trying to oversell me something I didn't need. Great attention to detail, and he took the extra time to get my carpets clean, rather than just going through the motions.

It had been 3 years since we had our carpets cleaned and they looked great after Zerorez. Also, a spot that previous cleanings hadn't removed was gone after Zerorez! Zerorez is a bit spendier, but the difference is huge from other cleaners we have used. I will never use anyone else!
John, the technician, was prompt, thorough and very nice. Carpet has cleaned nicely and dried quickly.
