1st time we've used Zerorez and we couldn't be happier with the results. Our bedroom carpet and our living room carpet, which have been repeatedly stained with 3 cats barfing up on them, came out looking new again. Robert McCurdy, the technician, was so polite and helpful, going above and beyond what I expected from him - really great service. The carpet was dry to the touch when they left and all furniture was placed back exactly where it was originally. The house smells naturally clean (not "chemically" clean) and spots were removed on the stairs that I thought would never come out. The staff who cleaned were very efficient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They made very good recommendations for our pet odor problem.
