I would like to suggest that you update the tip portion of the invoice to percentages rather than just a set amount of $10 or 20 dollars. I think Art deserved more but I didn’t catch that it was dollars and not percent.

We were looking for carpet cleaning using clean products rather than the chemical-laden products used by many competitors. The technician who cleaned our carpet was very friendly and did a great job. We would use Zeroex again without hesitation and also would recommend the carpet cleaning service to others.

It does a good cleaning job and the person was very friendly. Also, I had recommended Zerorez to a friend of mine when she asked me what carpeting cleaner to get. I told her we use Zerorez several times and we’re happy. She used Zerorez and her daughter asked her if she got new carpet cause it looks so good.
