Adam was very professional and explained everything very well. He seemed to do a thrall job. I also liked the fact that it had a clean smell. Although it did not take any of the pet stains out (I wasn't expecting it to) knowing that it was thou rally cleaned with your water solution was very satisfying.

tom was very friendly and knowledgable about what he was doing. he was very keen and excited to tell us about the zerorez story. he took our wool rug with him to be cleaned at your shop. that was delivered yesterday, it looked AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!

Service was amazing - service guys arrived early, were friendly, efficent. Love that it is high powered water - no film, or "dirty" feel to my couch when it was dry - which it dried quickly. Very fresh smelling, and very clean. Did not expect it to turn out as great as it did. I am 100% impressed and will be having the guys come back to do the rest of my furniture and will also be having my rugs cleaned through zerorez in the spring. I have used other cleaning companies in the past and compared to the results I had with you, it was as though my furniture was not even cleaned. Thank you Zerorez! You have a loyal customer..... :D

I like that you didn't use soap and the carpet is so clean. It dried really fast and was not supersoaked as it was when I used other vendors. But there is a dog smell in my carpet afterward and we've called to have someone come out to check on it. Also, the cleaner left behind a piece of equipment.
