I meant to check the #10, but couldn't erase the Not likely! Did a great job, quick & thorough. I like the fact that it is not all "gooey" when done and beautiful when dry. Thanks!

I like that it smells nice and there isn't a residue on the carpet after it dries. This time, the technition was not able to get all of the stains like they did last time, and he left the carpet much wetter than last time. It was dry by morning so it wasn't a big problem. I would ask him next time to go over it a little more to pull as much after out as possible.
