The service was very good from the person who took my information and set up the appointment to the gentleman who cleaned the carpet, but it was too expensive for what was done.
The technicians called me 20 minutes before they arrived which was great. Both were very professional. Explained the process completely. Used corner covers and shoe covers. I feel they spent more time cleaning my carpet that other companies that I have used.

We have light colored carpet and it has been two years since cleaning. It looks wonderful. I appreciate that before work commences, we are made aware of all costs and also the cost of any add-ons we desire.
The guy (Chris) was great - walked me through everything, checked in with me, was very knowledgeable. And the outcome was outstanding. Nearly every stain is gone and carpets look terrific. Even tough stuff like pop, popsicles and paint.

A very professional job
On time service and your Team members very friendly and knowledgeable of the work to be performed. They explained everything before work started went over all after work was completed. To make sure we were satisfied before they left. One extra detail they did not have the correct size for the life time furnace filter in the van we added to our duct cleaning. I was told it would be ordered and sent to us the following Monday I received a call and one of your team members delivered it personally to our residence excellent customer service.
Carpet was clean and fast drying.
