What do you like about our products and services?

We were especially thankful that you sent Nathan Kelm this time to do the carpets. He was friendly, thorough and did an all around excellent job. All the areas were cleaned right up to the wall and traffic areas were given special attention.That was especially important this time and both NAthan and Bill seemed happy to be doing a good job and were proud of the work they did! Better than I had hoped - and I always have high expectations. I am not a poet ( sorry Nathan-no haikus) but as a teacher I would give him an A+ and say KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

PS I have already passed on a recommendation and will be calling you again.

I liked that the technician, Darnell LaShappell, explained the products and other services Zerorez offers without pushing me to buy. Because of his explanation of services and easy-going demeanor, I ended up adding extra rooms, likely pushing his schedule back and making his day longer. He didn't seem put out in the least. I felt like he was taking the time and effort to do a great job. And he did! In addition, I loved the way the carpet felt after it dried - soft, not crunchy. And it didn't smell like chemicals. Just very clean carpets and a fresh clean smell.
