The young man who cleaned our carpets was GREAT! Pleasant to have around, knew what he was doing, shared alot about his service and products, hence we purchased the enzyme spot cleaner for immediate use and also bought the enzyme spray bottle for at home use. A super salesman, not pushy but came across as caring to get the carpeting as clean as possible. He was a splendid ambassador of your business and cheerful in his work ethic. He's a keeper! A 12 on a 10 scale!
Technician was friendly and considerate, yet acted in a professional manner, and answered questions patiently. Cost of services is also a big factor for me and being able to take advantage of a promotional sale in order to try Zerorez was key. In the past I did not like services which left carpets and upholstery too damp, and had a concern about this again, but the carpets had dried completely by 24 hours.
