We were completely satisfied with the job done on our carpet. We were notifed of the arrival time and when the service man encountered traffic, he was quick to call us, apologize and arrived very shortly afterwards. After an explanation of the service, a walk through to check out the carpet, he explained the reason why a certain area might not be able to be totally cleaned, but guess what...he did it. The carpet looks amazing and we were so happy to have taken the recommendation given to us about using Zerorez and we will and have already recommended this company to others. Thank you for superior service and friendly and knowledgeable service people.

My carpet is old and was dirty. In the mail are it looks like new after the cleaning. Stairs take a beating but look so much better.
