I really appreciated the great cleaning job the your technician did in cleaning our carpets. He was very personable and professional with attention to detail. It's reassuring to know that your company is able to attract and retain employees of his caliber!
The cleaning job more than exceeded our expectations...no odor, dried very quickly and , (most importantly) the carpets now look like they did when new!

Clear when making appts. Friendly, courteous , informative staff. On time( actually, early by an hour with my approval). And they make really old, stained awful carpets look like new. And reasonable prices, and low pressure for available upgrades.

I had a challenging situation which required two visits to the home and your company was willing to work with me to save me money and reduced the cost of the second visit.

The technitians were courtious and professional and did a good job and got the carpets cleaner than I was expecting was possible considering the age of the carpeting.
