Liked how the technician explained what he was doing. And got the spots out of the carpet.

The 2 gentlemen that came out were awesome,they let me know step by step what was going on,and answered all my questions. We work from home so they were both very accommodating with any noise. We have Great Danes and do work with a Great Dane rescue so when I got to see the carpets when they were finished (unbelievable) they looked brand new. I walk thru the house now and can not believe that we had not done this before.

it smells fresh and clean but not 'soapy'. the service techs are always professional and care that you are happy with the finished product. They take the time to understand the 'problem areas' and do their best to get it super clean.

My carpet came out clean and fresh. Mike your tech, called to see if he could come a little earlier then appointed time. He was professional and very knowledgable about carpet cleaning. The last time we had our carpts cleaned by your company the tech told me there was no difference between wool or nylon carpets as far as cleaning goes. The carpet were clean but didn't smell very nice. This time they are both clean and pleasant smelling. Thank you Zerorez
