Less chemicals. Friendly, good workers. I love that the prices I was given when I booked the appointment, including a deal for having my carpets cleaned in January vs. Nov or Dec, were exactly what I paid. I love how the guy threw in cleaning the thresholds to the 5 upstairs bedrooms for free.

Your staff member , Victorino, was excellent. He explained in great detail what he was going to do, how everything worked, and gave us good recommendations for the future. As for the cleaning, it was outstanding. Carpets felt cleaner, and for the area rugs, that actually wound up looking brand new. My wife was away during the process, and when she returned, she gasped about how good it turned out. We will definitely use your company in the futre and will recommend you to others.

Efficient, non evasive when performing. good result

Everything! The gentlemen that came to clean our carpets was so through in explaining what needed to be done and explained what he was going. He took extra care in the areas of spilled pop, especially on our stairs. He also explained that the stains might wick back to the surface, which they did in one spot but I was able to remove them again with the cleaning kit I purchased. It worked perfectly. Our technician's name is Dewayne Day and he was awesome! Oh, and the carpet was completely dry in less than 24 hours. I loved that they got so clean without being saturated!
