I felt a sold job was done and the technicians sent out did a great job and were very friendly.

Josh was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, very professional, and he has the voice of a radio DJ! He was prompt, did a fantastic job, didn't push a lot of extras but kept us informed of all our options so next time if we want to do that we can. I'm not sure if there's a way to record our service tech and get the same one next time but it would drastically increase my frequency of carpet cleanings if I could!

Kieran the tech went above and beyond to get me a lower price and better service. I was originally quoted on the phone that I would have to have a portable cleaning due to the layout of the building, but he assessed the situation when he arrived and as it could be done from the truck he rearranged to make it happen for me. I also had inadvertently signed up for a 2 room special (only had 1 room with walk-in closet) and he made sure I got the right rate. I appreciate his attention to detail in getting me the best deal! Very easy and efficient. The tech that came was absolutely the most polite and friendly person we have had come into our home. He was great. I cannot express how kind and polite he was when he came to do our carpets yesterday. I have not seen this from people in a long time and wanted to specifically point it out.
