Robert and his trainee, Colin, performed this job in a very professional manner. Robert explained everything that needed to be done as he went along and always asked if I had any questions. They did a superb job cleaning my 14-year-old dirty couch, making it look new again. They did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet, making it also look new again. Thank you, Robert and Colin. After they were done cleaning the carpets there wasn't that "crunch". We had stains that were totally and completely removed.And the house smelled fresh and clean. The techs were polite and very knowledgeable about the products and services. Chris was very patient and helpful to Derek who was training. They worked very well together, Chris is a great kind teacher.

Extremely satisfied with the product and the excellent service and personal that preformed the carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, dryer duct cleaning and a new furnace air cleaner. The service men, Casey, Ron and Dante were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, POLITE, CLEAN, PROFFESIONAL, FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND GREAT PERSONALITIES.

The satisfaction guarantee! The first time cleaning didn't WOW me, but the they came back 2 days later and gave me the WOW! While they were here for the "touch up" a neighbor called and I highly recommended!!
