The cleaning process was very efficient, not messy, and professional. The gentleman who did the work was pleasant, informative and cooperative with moving a few pieces back when done. There were a couple of stains he recognized before the cleaning and as he suspected may not come out. What I really liked was that the process was well organized and didn't leave smell afterwards.

The carpet ended up much cleaner than I expected. They took into consideration that my daughter needed to nap and came as early as they could, did her room first, and then put a fan on it for the rest of the time they were here so it was as dry as possible by nap time. The two technicians were friendly, professional, and thoughtful.

I've had Zerorez to my home 3 times now. The team that was there this time was by far the best experience I've had. The lead Tech's name was Dylan. I don't recall the other techs name but he was in training. Both were both professional and knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and addressed them. Dylan as able to achieve what others have not. Restoring a 20+ year carpet to almost brand new. They both were also very kind, considerant and tolerant of exhuberant dog who loves people. These guys were awesome and I was 100% satisfied with the outcome.
Jordan, who cleaned our carpets was very professional and friendly. We have used Zerorez on numerous occasions to have our carpets clean, they do an excellent job and have never had a bad experience. That's why we keep coming back.
