It is easy to see that Devin enjoys his work. He is very guest focused, professional and personable. Devin took time to explain the types of things he saw in my carpet and he showed great enthusiasm to teach me about the "right" cleaning process too. I've already told my friends about how great my experience was with Zerorez and to schedule Devin - they will not be disappointed!

We bought a house with a strong dog smell and had Zerorez come to clean the carpets and although it got better with the first cleaning the smell came back and Zerorez lived up to their guarantee and came back to re-clean free of charge.
