I love working with Zerorez. I have had them clean my carpets many times and have been happy with the results. This time I had a large area rug cleaned and am again happy with the results. The pick up and delivery guys were friendly and professional. And it was delivered early and that made me happy. I had the rug treated with a stain retardant and there is no smell or different texture on the rug. I couldn't be more pleased.
The carpet smells so much better and didn't take long to dry. Matt was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We'll be having you come back this summer for additional rooms.
