The flexibility of arranging a cleaning. The professionalism of the service provider and the customer service rep. They cleaned a white sofa and 3 upholstered chairs that now look as if we just bought them. AWESOME job. Will definitely use Zerorez again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great company that does what they say they will. Apparently the advertisement content is correct.

Your technician was incredibly professional, timely, and very nice to me. He made me feel comfortable. He did an excellent job. The carpets we're old and heavily trafficked. He made them look almost new and he took the time to do the job right. He didn't rush it.
Also that Zerorez doesn't use chemicals that leave a sticky film was nice. The carpets felt soft after they dried. Not hard and stiff.

Friendly, knowledgeable technician. He was super sweet to my puppy and patient with me. I have used other carpet cleaning services before but none left my carpet as fluffy and clean feeling as zerorez. I could just feel the difference when walking on it. My whole house feels cleaner as a result.

Great job and very timely!!! The add-ons added up to more than expected. I hope in the long run they were worth the cost. Cody, the technician, was very nice and did a really good job. I would definitely use your services again.

Flexible about change of schedule (my fault). Used no products that were harmful. The fellows who did the work were efficent and cheerful. All in all, it was a happy process. I did move all the furniture myself and the guys thanked me for that!
