We purchased a town home and wanted a fresh start. Even though the previous owners had “cleaned” the carpet, after your Technicians completed the cleaning, the carpet appeared two shades lighter. We have 3 sets of stairs and they were in pretty rough shape, but after the cleaning, they were spotless and looked brand-new. Your Technicians were professional, courteous and very thorough. Zerorez was our first choice as we didn’t want to use harsh chemicals or sticky soaps. We are thrilled with the results.

Cleaned my carpets a lot faster and cleaner than the company I used last year. After he was done, it smelled like he wasn't ever here. It smelled fresh and not like soap. The carpets also dried cleaner and were not sticky or crusty after the carpet dried.
