The minimized use of toxic chemicals. The transparent way the costs were presented when I called to inquire about setting up the appointment. The clarity of instructions given when the appointment was confirmed via e-mail. The polite and professional behavior of our technician, Corey, as he moved around our home. The added extras to make sure the carpet cleaning experience was stress free and successful.

Our carpet looks brand new-& for having white carpet I feel that this is extra impressive!! Our technician Gabriel Lilja was AMAZING-we couldn't have asked for a more professional,friendly,outgoing & helpful technician. Mark provided timely, professional and friendly service. Mark did a great job cleaning an old and heavily stained carpet. He got out stains I really didn't think would come out. Not cheap, but excellent value!

Michael Sullivan did a fantastic job. He called prior to arrival and showed up early, which I appreciate. He was extremely polite both in person and over the phone. He did a great job explaining to me the job that I scheduled, as well as what he recommended based on a couple quick questions. They offer a lot of other services that I was unaware of, however he was not pushy to sell them just offered them as recommendations.
After talking to Michael for a bit it turns out he has only been with Zerorez for about a month which made me even more impressed. He knew more than I would ever expect someone in his position to know about the job and tasks at hand. Congrats Zerorez on a fantastic hire he is a valuable employee.
