Owen did a great job and took great care while my home. I would have given a 10 but, 1) was charged for "high traffic path" even though my square footage was less than the 3 room total, and 2) a little too strong on pushing the duct cleaning. I realize they are instructed to do this but it must have been three times I said I'd need to think about it. No means no...
I had our shower tile cleaned by ZeroRez. The sealant applied keeps the shower looking clean for several months and prevents mold from appearing. I also had carpets cleaned by them. In addition to a super job on the carpets and shower, the staff is always EXTREMELY helpful and informative regarding their service. The tech covered his shoes, covered non-carpeted floors, and protected corners. He was thorough and completed the work fairly quick. All the furniture and plants I was not able to move were up on styrofoam blocks. Highly pleased with the quality of work and consideration for the rest of my home.
