Staff is friendly both on the phone and in person. The technicians that came to my house explained everything thoroughly and clearly. They made me feel like they cared about my house and carpet. Plus, the ease of getting an appointment was amazing.... they were at my house the very next day!

My carpet looks wonderful, and your guy, Ryan Emberland, was a pleasure to have in my home! He was very personable, and a great salesman for your company. He explained both the carpet and tile cleaning process very well, and I'd like to have him back soon to clean my large tile bathroom. (Tiles to the ceiling)
