There does not seem to be a lot of water used and therefore, it dries very fast. I like the fact that I was contacted before and after the job was done. I was very satisfied with the finished product.

Carpet came out very clean. You were able to get out the 2 stains I was worried about. Most pleasant/professional carpet cleaner ever. First time I ever felt I should tip my carpet cleaner. If it was not so costly I would have. My only complaint a bit spending for big job. Would love you to clean our church carpet but unsure we can afford. Great work and please give my cleaner Mark huge pat on back for great customer service.

Derrick was polite, funny and a hard worker. Every room smelled clean, did not take long to dry.

Scheduling was easy and call to confirm was as promised. Also 30 minute call prior to arrival helped as I was not living at the site. Dane did a great job.

The carpets are great! Just got the basic treatment and it removed old stains and spots. What impressed me even more was the quality of service from the gentlemen who came to our house. I am terrible with names but it was Dean or Dane and he was very professional, polite and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I will be using Zerorez again!
