Natural.. All service employees are very professional and knowledgeable. Today 1/19 Drrick came and worked on some tough stain/odor. He did a very good job of explaining what he could/would do. Very pleasant man. Incidentally, Imfailed to fill out a feedback form on another Zero Rez full service visit. It was 2nd Jan. Another young man who's name was Derrick as well. He did a great job and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He worked hard that day. I give. Both of them high scores.

The gentleman that did the work Was very thorough. I am on oxygen 24-7 and I can tell the difference in air quality. I liked the fact that he showed me picture ....before and after. Great job

The products and services work quite well, but the people you have come out is iffy. We have gotten several guys who go above and beyond, and we have gotten 1 that was in a rush to get out of here as quick as possible and did a bad job (which you guys made right), and we just had a cleaning done yesterday, and the tech was nice, but not very friendly. When we pointed out a few spots that could have used touching up yet, he just shrugged and said there wasn't much else he could do, took payment and left. The guys we have had before said, oh, i'm sorry, and hit the spot a few more times and got it perfect.

Technician was informative, polite and conscientious. We did not have any difficult areas or stains, so cannot judge how your service would attack a difficult clean up.
