I like the fact that the carpet dries very quickly with no smell and yet is clean. I like the suggestions made by the technician on how to protect and improve the lifespan of my carpets based on the circumstances of my household. The spot cleaner provided is an extra bonus. Prompt arrival of the technician, brief but articulate overview discussion, careful furniture/spot prep and effective cleaning. Everything done well with careful attention to safeguarding my furniture and home. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used Zerorez; I've been very pleased each time.

I like that all the products are all green (environmentally friendly). The service person that came was very friendly, answered all my questions, worked hard, fast yet thorough, and did an excellent job.

The only suggestion I have involves the initial setup of the appointment. This was the first time I used Zerorez and I was not fully informed of all the charges. I was not told about the disposal costs and the amount of increase charges for the enzyme cleaning/upgrade cleaning. My bill was $100 more than I anticipated (would have been $450 more with the deeper cleaning).

Simple idea to not use harsh products

It is the best cleaning carpet, I ever had. Cody was very good explaining all about the products. Very efficient. I would do it again.
